5 Inexpensive and Creative ways to Romance...

The focus here is romance. Romance. Romance. Romance. While I understand some girls want the really expensive restaurant with the really expensive gifts to follow, if this is your first Vday together or if you’re last minute in planning then here are some really cute ideas that won’t break your pockets. Believe it or not, most women want to feel like their relationship is one of a kind. We love to feel “romanced”. Any one can spend hundreds of dollars on an evening, but if she doesn’t feel like the luckiest woman in the world after you take her to that restaurant surrounded by other dinner dates, then you got a good 7 on the dating scale. 5 of that came because we probably like you. Be different and creative this Valentine’s Day. I mean it is Valentine’s Day.

1) D.I.Y Wine and Design. Save yourself 70$ on the class and an extra 60 on dinner. The key is “HOW YOU SPEND YOUR TIME WITH HER”. Michaels will give you the canvases you need for about 10$ with tax. Walmart will give you the paint and brushes you need for 13$. Literally a 23$ date. Stay in the house and attempt to paint each other or something else. If it goes how I see it in my head, you’ll have lots of laughs and a great keepsake of your first Vday together. If she just doesn’t want to be in the house, go to your local city park and paint what you see. Maybe grab dinner and some drinks at your local food truck or bistro. If you know your way around the kitchen then by all means cook!

2) “Love and Basketball” Okay. As corny as it sounds yeah, take her to the gym and help her with her form. (Careful! 👀 ALWAYS be a gentleman with it). Maybe play her in a game of one on one. You should probably let her win or not lose by much. Make the game interesting by throwing in a wager. Maybe some shirt vs. skin. (The guy is SKIN! What girl doesn’t enjoy a nice chest?) You gotta play this one by ear and know your girl. After the game, sit court side and have a picnic… Maybe pizza or something finger food-ish and just talk. Get to know each other better. Talk about your intentions with each other. Maybe plan for another date if the sparks are there.

Disclaimer: any sport is fine. Doesn’t have to be basketball.

3) Wine Tasting and Lunch/Dinner at your local vineyard. Pretty self explanatory. Women enjoy wine and it’s something different and inexpensive. Remember. Romance her and make the most of your time together.

4) Dance lessons and dinner. Find a local studio that offers dance lessons and go after it. Women enjoy dancing that doesn’t involve them twerking on you. Hold her close and make her feel like a woman not a piece of ass. ORRRRR!!! If you’re really brave and want to win her over. Take her to out to dinner like its a normal dinner date. In the middle of dinner, turn on Pandora or if you’re feeling the restaurant’s musical selection, in front of everyone, ask her to dance. She’ll be surprised and maybe a little hesitant but what better way to show her off and make her feel like the most special girl in the entire world. The key to making this work: be confident as hell. Confidence is the sexiest thing a man or woman can wear. So own it.

5) Cooking Class Sign up for a cooking class and enjoy. You can also invite her over for a romantic dinner. The kicker: cook dinner together! Have some flowers waiting for her. Like possibly 3 or 4 bouquets. (Walmart has inexpensive flowers and you could get them for like $4 a bouquet. Take them out the wrapper of course and put them in a vase or something). Be creative!

Now yes. Some of this stuff is probably a little corny but it’s definitely out of your comfort zone and it shows effort. Effort and Planning never goes unnoticed. Not to many people are being romanced these days. They’re being “paid” for. Don’t pay for her. Romance her. Now if it’s not broke then don’t fix it, but if you want to do something different, if you want to stand out and leave a lasting impression that no one else can measure up to, some of these things will help you achieve just that. Honestly, it’s not so much about the date. We really just want the time.
